Tutor: Leslie Grant
Leslie, owner of Leslie’s Cakes, is a perfectionist who has gained a strong reputation for her delicious cakes and macarons. Leslie learned how to make macarons the hard way. She spent countless hours reading cookbooks, trying and failing, her bin littered with colourful cookie shells night after night. She finally succeeded in creating macarons using a few, precise (but simple) steps that yielded consistent, delicious results and has developed this class with both the keen home baker and the budding professional baker in mind.
